The 21 days challenge
Now we will jump in to more advance steps towards healing!
You need a pen and a paper, some colorful pens.
I will now give you an example of whats
the form of this step:
Make and write down a positive question to yourself:ex: How can I be more accepting with myself?
Write down the answers in a positive way-affirmations ( the change you want to see in you or your life)
I am alright as I am, I am enough
I am alive and have all the possibilities to become what I want, that gives me peace of mind.
I am a great person
I am always doing my best in life
I have a good intention with my life
I feel good with myself when I see myself in the mirror or interact with other people
I have a lot to offer myself and the world
I am a kind, clean person
I am intelligent and I have good health
I forgive myself for everything in this life and I choose to forgive others
I feel how Im healing my life in all levels of body, mind and soul

Ok now we have the basic structure of the form of what I want to share with you~
Now you find a symbol, what ever symbol and I give it a name and a hand position~a mudra-
I choose the symbol of an heart, I see it in my minds eye-and I choose to put my thumb
and my index finger together.
This symbol, with its name and its mudra ( hand-finger) posture-its the KEY to access a deeper state of mind and its the key to close this excercice and go back to normal state of mind.
No we have all the material forms we need:
symbol and mudra
We will procede by doing something that makes us feel enthusiastic for some minutes
either its dancing, singing, jumping...- you need to get in to an enthusiastic feeling
~to start with
Then we will read the question and answers loud three times, we will close our eyes,
and tell us to sleep now! we will visualizate in the mind eye an watch thats on 12
when is 12.15 we will tell ourself to wake up! (your mind knows how long time 15 minues are) that what we have done has made a profound
permanent impression in our subconscious mind- we will see the symbol we choosed,
we will do the mudra, and then we will tell us to wake up-
You will wake up.
*During the 15 minutes that you close your eyes, you dont have to think about anything special, let the thoughts come and go, like the waves of the ocean*
Write Question and answers
Read 3 times
Do some action that creates and euphoric enthusiastic feeling
Think of the symbol, say it name and do a hand mudra (the key)
Tell yourself: sleep now and see a watch on the 12, tell yourself that 12.15
you will wake up.
During the 15 minutes you will stay in silence with eyes closed. No need to make any
effort to think about your question and answers. The effect-from this exercise works anyway.
When the 15 minutes are over, see the same symbol in your minds eye, tell its name
make your mudra -the key) and tell yourself that what you have done it has made a permanent deep impression in your subconscious mind and open eyes wake up-thats it!
Repeat this exercise for minumum 21 days, twice a day. You will see how your luck and your
life will start to change.
