The next exercise is way to powerful, be aware! Its still basic matters but still very important for the further preparation for
the advance level in survivebe happy.
Its hard to really know what you really want in your life or for yourself when you have so many internal blocks due to the sexual abuse or any big trauma that you experienced in your childhood or in your life. So we gonna start with what you dont want.
Yes thats right: we will start giving attention to what you dont want!
For that purpouse I have a very simple method:
You need a pen and a BIG paper, thats it and you true intention to do your best!
Write in huge letters: WHAT I DONT WANT IN MY LIFE OR FOR MYSELF
You are the one who will be filling in that paper.
For example: I dont like to be shy, I dont want to live where I live, I dont want to be a victim, I dont want to be
so angry, I dont want....etc...
You will make your list, it becomes what you make of it!
Read it for some days, add things, do what ever you feel.
And when you are ready we will start with the exercise WHAT YOU REALLY WANT
Now you gonna take many papers and start brainstorming, writing down all that you want in your life
it doesnt matter big or small or if you think you write something wrong, you can always change it!
May you have patience, if you have patience and do action for heal yourself, the small door of your life will close and
the BIG door will open! can you hear the sound of the small door closing?
